Dispinland does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please be sure you input the correct email and shipping address during checkout so we cannot have any problems sending your package.

We cannot take responsibility for items shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error, if that’s your case, in the first 24 hours please send an Email or a message in our chat service at the bottom right of our site so we can do something about it.

 We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
